Questions
How is rent charged?
Rent is per day, from the pickup date to the return date written on your bill.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken at pickup. It is returned when everything comes back in the same condition, after any late fee or damage charges.
What if I return late?
Late return is charged at the outfit's daily rent for every extra day.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Damage such as tears, burns, permanent stains, or broken hooks, stones or mirrors is charged as assessed by the shop. Missing pieces like a dupatta or earrings are charged at replacement value.
Can I wash or alter the outfit?
Please don't wash, dry-clean, alter, iron or stitch it — cleaning is done by the shop.
Can I book in advance for Navratri?
Yes. WhatsApp the design number and your dates, then pay an advance to reserve it. The advance is not refunded if you cancel.
Can I try it before renting?
Yes — visit the studio, try it on and check every piece before you take it.
